His research publications and research interests include teacher education, instructional design, curriculum development, instructional technologies and computer-assisted language learning.

Abstract:
At this talk, we will explore how AI is becoming a significant part of English Language Teaching and ask, really, how significant? Is it simply input, simply output, or is there more to the story? As language teachers, we often find ourselves overwhelmed with the workload. AI steps in to help us, but let’s be clear: it doesn’t replace the essential teacher/human touch that is at the core of teaching. Together, we’ll discuss how AI supports us without taking over.
